The Rewind Ibiza Tent lineup

At Forest Fest, our goal is to showcase the most authentic and original artists at our festival, focusing on the music, atmosphere, and most importantly the people.

Every year, we aim to enhance Forest Fest by planting the seeds for something beautiful and organic to grow. This summer, we have introduced an electronic stage that echoes the nostalgic beginnings of the electronic music scene. In the 80s and 90s, smiling faces, happy souls, and vibrant music united us, breaking down barriers and fostering love and unity. We are excited to announce that we will honour that electronic era by dedicating an area at Forest Fest to the Ibiza spirit.

This homage captures the essence of carefree days under the sun, listening to Mediterranean sounds on the beach and dancing all night in iconic clubs. To embody the real spirit of Ibiza, we have invited pioneering DJs who were instrumental in shaping the Balearic Beat on the island, some of whom will perform in Ireland for the first time. The Balearic music scene laid the foundation for the acid house and rave revolution in the UK in 1988, leading to the surge of dance music in the 90s charts. Our Rewind Ibiza tent will reflect the development of the dance music scene over the past four decades.

From 2 pm each day, the Tent will offer three sessions, La Playa, La Tarde and La Noche. La Playa sessions will reflect the Ibiza beach club vibe with chilled, lounge, seventies and disco beats. Picking up the tempo from 6 pm, our La Tarde session will reflect the famous Ibiza sunset playlists as people get ready for the night with classic house and 80’s music. As the sun sets our La Noche session will feature our headline artists, pumping out all the 90s summer anthems from house, to trance to techno with Live MCs and pumping beats having it large until close at 3 am. What better way to build an atmosphere over 12 hours in an intimate, al fresco boutique location that will transport festival-goers back to the nostalgic days of their youth?

To respect the culture of the era, a restricted zone for camera phones will operate inside the tent. There will be an official Forest Fest photographer present to take photographs of our festivalgoers and these photos will be available to view and download across our social media platforms.

Excellent music festival, even in the rain. Hoping this year though, that they'll get the weather, weekend of July 19th, you'd think so. Four stages, all in Emo village, Co. Laois, great idea, central to ireland. Huge selection of eateries, from hot food of all kinds, to sweets n chocolate. Toilet facilities were also way better than the likes of any other festival.

It was an amazing programe. Got a chance to see many Irish artist. I was able to see many irish instruments. And the people were very kind full. Also I loved the destination. It was at Emo village and the location was superb. But the only problem was rain. Due to rain the road and the Arena was completely filled with mud. But I hope that , the people enjoyed it.
