“It’s like checking in to a mobile hotel. You rock up to reception and our staff will bring you directly to your glamping accommodation. We have a crew on site all weekend to help and ensure you have everything you need,” that’s Shane from Pitched Perfect telling it like it is for those who opt to glamp at Forest Fest, Ireland’s best music festival this summer.
The glamping is a new addition to this year’s Forest Fest offering as we team up and partner with the vastly experienced and highly rated Pitched Perfect.
They have been to a few festivals and so have you… so you know what it means to have a safe chill out space, some snug luxury to catch a nap or a good night’s sleep so that you are ready to party again next day.
While you are recharging you can also recharge your phone and of course spoil yourself and enjoy a bit of me time in our pamper parlour.
As for the accommodation from Pitched Perfect, well, the level of luxury is entirely up to yourself.
As our campervan and caravan options are quickly selling out… glamping ensures that extra bit of space, snug sleeping and R&R that we all need over a hectic festival weekend… including refreshing hot showers!!
The glamping packs from Pitched Perfect cater to suit every pocket, from 2-person pods right up to 8-person units and everything else in between. The prices start at around €200 and run right up to €1400 depending on the level of luxury and accessories you fancy.
If you wish to avail of the glamping options for Forest Fest you first need to purchase a Weekend Glamping Ticket from our website www.forestfest.ie These cost €220 for the weekend and of course provide your access to all festival events and concerts.
Once you have your Weekend Glamping ticket you then go over to Pitched Perfect and select the Forest Fest glamping package of your own personal preference here https://pitchedperfect.ie/product-category/forest-fest-2023/
If you have any particular requirements or require the support team over at Pitched Perfect they are only too glad to advise and help in every way they can www.pitchedperfect.ie
It is important to note that cooking or BBQs are not permitted in the glamping area due to health and safety protocols. Neither are pets allowed (sorry…).
Day-by-Day line-up and Buses
In other news, many of you have been asking about details of our day-by-day line-up and rest assured we will be announcing all that info prior to Easter so that you can make your arrangements and properly plan your festival itinerary.
Also, in more good news we will be announcing a significant extension of our transport links and bus connections for this year’s festival in response to requests from fans from outside the midlands. This will be to supplement and extend our highly popular and successful shuttle bus service operated in partnership with the excellent Martleys of Portlaoise bus services which worked so well last summer.
So watch this space folks… stay safe and have a fabulous weekend.
